margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_qcbmr6YirSE/R3qfgIcEs_I/AAAAAAAAADY/_ZF8ckUAFe8/s320/pr.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5150604498221446130" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“Six strings” é o nome da primeira exposição de Caroline Achaintre na galeria Londrina Blow de la Barra,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nascida em França em 1969 Caroline é uma artista com base em Londres  onde se graduou de um Mestrado pela prestigiosa escola Goldsmiths em 2003, o seu trabalho já esteve presente , entre outros na Mirko Mayer Galerie em Colónia, na expo New art from London em Xangai, na Galerie Michel Rein em Paris, Vamiali’s em Atenas , Laurence O’Hana em Londres , assim como na galeria Vilma gold tambem em Londres e na Reikjavic Academy em , vamos lá ver Reikjavic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta exposição , que nos trás a blow de la Barra é uma continuaçaõ de um progecto que a artista tem vindo a criar , a reciclagem da imagetica das bandas de heavy metal e rock para uma linguagem semi abstracta que a artista pode desenvolver.&lt;br /&gt;A artista tem o recurso de diversas tecnicas nesta exposição , tapeçaria, caseira, onde através da agulha, as peças ganham uma qualidade expressionista o que nos faz realisar que a tal reciclagem de imagems é uma coisa a lá expressionistas abstractos, isto é vem de dentro,a imagem  entra e depois sai naturalmente através do instinto.&lt;br /&gt;Tem também impressão de linolio , linolios monocromaticos onde as imagems são mais reais do que ná tapeçaria e que talvez não por coincidencia se apresentão junto das mesmas  dando uma entrada visual ao contexto das peças.&lt;br /&gt;E aquarelas , que por mim valiam uma exposição só por elas.&lt;br /&gt;A sua imagem é tambem semi abstracta , mas podemos ver que há uma preocupação em seguir algums parametros pré concebidos . estes são delineados no papel antes da aguarela ser pintada , é que a artista usa inpressão digital para marcar as formas nestes , grandemente são faces ou contornos de faces , com olhos , isto é maquilhagems genero The Kiss a marcarem fortemente a aguarela. A imagem final é quase psicadelica , um psicadelico aquado em que as faces nos parecem imagems de pesadelos nunca perdendo a sua beleza.&lt;br /&gt;Tecnicamente é uma mistura que funciona perfeitamente.&lt;br /&gt;Mas por tecnica , vamos as tapeçarias , &lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp0.blogger.com/_qcbmr6YirSE/R3qfuIcEtAI/AAAAAAAAADg/4ZS3ywtRMlI/s1600-h/carolineimgblog.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_qcbmr6YirSE/R3qfuIcEtAI/AAAAAAAAADg/4ZS3ywtRMlI/s320/carolineimgblog.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5150604738739614722" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estas   valem muito pelo contraste entre o conceito e o material usado.&lt;br /&gt;Para mim o uso de craft no conteixto de belas artes só vem fortalecer a ideia de que tudo pode ser arte dependendo do contexto e da intenção.&lt;br /&gt;E o toque de usar um material caseiro, que tem muito a ver com conforto e normalmente é associado a valor e unidade familiar (grandes tapeçarias )provoca um quase ironco visual aos musicos desta disciplina.&lt;br /&gt;O uso não convensional de tapecaria caseira para ajudar na construção da dita linguagem  é sem duvida uma reviravolta bemvinda a imagem escura e rebelde (comercialmente estabelecida e standardizada) que a maioria das bandas tem transmitido pelos tempos , imagem que por ter um carisma tão a paralelo ao mainstream mas ao mesmo tempo tão viavel comercialmente , acabou por se deixar cair num nicho de onde a estectica externa não parece entrar, criando um ciclo de repetições e saturação imagetica.&lt;br /&gt;Caroline pega , transforma e oferece ao expectador uma linguagem visual que vive do conceito &lt;br /&gt;que essas bandas para poderm ser viaveis acabaram por sacrificar, criado peças que valem por si e que nos fazem questionar standards e as razões porque alguns visuais existem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pablo de La Barra e Detmar Blow mostraram que conseguem manter um programa forte, interesante e alternativo as tendencias ultra comerciais dentro do mundo da arte contemporanea.&lt;br /&gt;Que o diga a aposta deles em artistas como slava Mogutin, artista russo autoexilado no cair da União sovietica devido aos seus escritos sobre homosexualidade, para uma Nova Yorque em que se tornou Pornografo e artista. cursor:hand;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/320/DSC00007.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não estou a dizer que a arte era má. Estou sim a dizer que havia mais pessoas do que seria de esperar numa exposição que deveria estar num espaço maior e com mais obras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/1600/DSC00005.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor:pointer; Esta expo está dividida em dois edifícios.&lt;br /&gt;O da galeria , que eu não vi.&lt;br /&gt;E um edifício na sobra de tower bridge que era uma escola antiga e enorme , este eu vi.&lt;br /&gt;Tenho de ser justo e dizer que nem todas as peças eram merecedoras de admiração ou mesmo essenciais de ver.&lt;br /&gt;Mas tenho de dizer também que duas das quatro pecas em exposição eram merecedoras da mais alta exaltação e deslumbramento.&lt;br /&gt;Peças de marcar para a vida toda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As imagens acima , que por sinal retirei do site da galeria (espero não ter problemas com isso) são dois stills da peça principal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta é uma projecção enorme, dentro do antigo ginásio da escola , mas não imaginem um ginásio moderno, imaginem o melhor dos ginásios vitorianos , com varandas em redor, em três das quatro paredes , 10 metros de altura , tudo em madeira. imaginem isto na total escuridão. vejam as imagens e imaginem a intensidade da experiencia (som a condizer), imaginem que o ecrã tem pelo menos 5 metros de altura , que e rectangular , assim como nas imagens acima. &lt;br /&gt;Imaginem primeiro a imagem da agua , um corpo deitado em pedra com a agua a ascender ao céu com pressão suficiente para esmagar o corpo de um homem, Imaginem o contra natura do corpo a ascender com essa agua, sair do ecrã por cima , mas isto tudo com a lentidão do solo em 24 horas debaixo dos pés.&lt;br /&gt;Imaginem a imagem do fogo , uma silhueta  tudo lento perfeito, mesmo diria romântico...&lt;br /&gt;Vejam o corpo a cair para trás braços abertos , sinal de cruz dor, vejam o chão a saltar como em Hockney, sim a agua , o chão e agua por traz , tudo é agua , o fogo transforma-se em reflexo. o fogo está na agua. a transmutação é lenta como em tudo neste vídeo , lenta e poderosa.&lt;br /&gt;O vídeo tem a capacidade de nos absorver , tem a qualidade de um blockbuster e agarra-nos como um.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No segundo andar , há dois vídeos , de pequena dimensão , mas desses não quero falar , eram bons , mas ao lado do primeiro  era melhor não pôr mais. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saindo da porta deste edifício , andamos uns metros até vermos a porta do torreão da escola , subimos a escada em caracol e entramos numa outra sala , esta também bastante grande . Outro vídeo. Vemos um ecrã preto com um pontinho branco , dura bastante a aproximação do pontinha , e aos poucos começamos a perceber a forma de um homem e uma mulher , vem na nossa direcção cabeça primeiro a rodarem num ângulo central aos corpos abraçados dos dois. Aquando da imagem estar perto de nós , a velocidade aumenta e de repente vemo-los a entrar em agua , vemo-los , como se nos também estivéssemos dentro de agua , nos estamos por baixo , isto não foi uma ascensão como parecia , foi sim uma queda. Nos corpos não se vê aflição , tudo é calmo , mesmo quando a queda acaba e os corpos vão devagar boiando em direcção a superfície , sempre de frente para nós , mesmo quando estão a superfície. Está ultima ainda fresca depois da retrospectiva na TATE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O espaço esta dividido em dois, um de aspecto totalmente industrial , sem branco ou mesmo um tecto decente e o segundo logo de seguida sem portas mas uma abertura enorme é um rectângulo branco e imaculado.&lt;br /&gt;Esta é a segunda Houser &amp; Wirth em Londres , sendo a primeira num antigo banco em Piccadily circus. Esta segunda tem uns brutais 2 mil e trezentos metros quadrados. (A maior galeria que eu tenha conhecimento em Portugal é a Galeria Mário Sequeira com 800 metros quadrados). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/1600/roth2.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/320/roth2.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No primeiro espaço da coppermill estão expostas as instalações de Dieter Roth , imensas estruturas cheias de garrafas vazias , usando a repetição da imagem da garrafa para causar unidade e contrapor o espaço caótico que se assemelha a um bar de madeira depois dum furacão , televisões velhas mostram imagens do caos através de ligações a camaras no meio da instalação. podemos ver também como paredes de fundo partes do estúdio do artista ( partes estruturais).  O chão do estúdio é uma das paredes da galeria ,  os estores com pinturas também formam paredes .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este artista   testava o que era ser artista e o que era uma obra de arte. o trabalho dele era feito do processo de criação , acumula;ção,  detruição.&lt;br /&gt;o atelier em si passa a arte , é experimentação em força com porta aberta a transformação , metamorfose continua.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É um mundo de nos perdermos lá dentro , milhares de detalhes , milhares de leituras e acções.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/1600/roth.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/320/roth.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este espaço tem subdivisões , para mim é quase como que o antes e o depois de um terramoto. na primeira sala , temos cadeiras e mesas expostas tudo arrumado. De  todos os instrumentos foram feitos moldes , dos moldes saíram copias em sal . &lt;br /&gt;A sala  da performance foi reproduzida em sal com a excepção do caixão que foi destruído e pintado de preto. Com  direcção plástica de Silke Dettmers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uma  exposição com representação do trabalho de  três artistas, Anna Bogon, Helen Maurer e Silke Dettmer. &lt;br /&gt;Silke tem duas esculturas que transpiram fragilidade. Uma é uma torre fina , como que uma casa esticada, tocando no irreal. Quase no topo  vemos uma plataforma , nessa plataforma uma figura , um boneco de maqueta ali só no alto. A outra  é composta por dezenas de pedaços de paus partidos, postos quase que ao monte, espaçados , com pequenas plataformas no meio  com  figuras e pequenas luzes. &lt;br /&gt;Em ambas as esculturas, parece que o tempo está quase a acabar, que estas  pessoas vão cair num vácuo , seguidos da estrutura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nas peças de Helen Maurer temos uma sensação oposta , ela apresentamos um conjunto de objectos , acrílicos , papel , miniaturas, madeira, etc.. e  a estas peças soltas , ela junta luz. &lt;br /&gt;Como podem ver acima , a projecção cria uma imagem extremamente nítida , as cores parecem pintadas , como se sempre assim tivessem sido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De Anna Boggon  não tenho muito a dizer , caixas de cartão com portas cortadas, armários com objectos encontrados...&lt;br /&gt;Penso que dá mais a perder a exposição do que a ganhar. As outras peças tem beleza e sentimento, tem movimento, ansiedade, construção e destruição iminente . A mesa onde ele está deitado  tem flores , ao lado da mesa está uma mulher muçulmana vestida com todos os props que a religião dela traz , ele tem a cara coberta com óculos e um queixo falso. sanguínea é a cor que se vê nos ante braços e dos joelhos abaixo. &lt;br /&gt;Ela começa ritualmente por pôr um coração no corpo dele , seguido por um fígado . Por esta altura ele ainda faz movimentos, tem armas de brincar nas mãos e/ou  transborda de agonia .&lt;br /&gt;À minha direita está outra plataforma , nesta está instalado um ambiente de hospital , temos uma enfermeira e numa maca antevemos a forma de um corpo feminino nu, coberto das canelas aos cabelos com uma bandeira da ONU.&lt;br /&gt;Ao fundo do anfiteatro está um ecrã gigante , onde vemos imagens transmitidas ao vivo da performance por uma equipa de camaramen que vai passando de um lado para o outro com livre movimento (pois este foi o desejo dos artistas). As imagens do ecrã e a performance , são dramatizadas pela musica no ar , que muda de electro a pop consoante os acontecimentos no anfiteatro .&lt;br /&gt;Andando à volta das pessoas , vemos Guillermo  vestido de índio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Digamos que esta performance funciona com suspance. Arrastando o tempo  num "lingering" activo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O corpo de Roberto vai sendo aos pouco lavado, lavado com água  que sai de terrinas ao lado da mesa. O coração é retirado assim como o fígado. Ao mesmo tempo que o corpo de Roberto começa a ser limpo , a bandeira da ONU começa a ser enrolada dos pés para cima vagorozamente. Enrolada primeiramente até aos joelhos é nessa altura que a enfermeira começa a pôr (acupunctura) bandeiras dos E.U.A. e do R.U. . Mais tarde , depois de devagarinho ter enrolado a bandeira  pouco a pouco até ao ponto em que foi retirada do corpo, são inceridas duas bandeiras de Israel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/1600/gabrielasalgado.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/320/gabrielasalgado.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um corpo nu cheio de bandeiras numa mesa o outro quase nu visualmente mutilado mas limpo.&lt;br /&gt;É um momento de adoração e contemplação.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Guillermo sobe a um palco pequeno colocado junto ao pano preto, de frente para o ecrã gigante. Aqui , como um politico, ele começa a discursar, discursar em varias línguas , francês com inglês e espanhol , misturado com alemão e demais . &lt;br /&gt;Ele fala das politicas americanas de imigração , da injustiça causada pela administração americana no mundo , ele contempla a abolição de fronteiras ( Brasil es bricklane , Amesterdão es Nicarágua, etc...)&lt;br /&gt;ele  fala com o seu publico , faz o publico rir , passa a garrafa de rum pelas pessoas e crava um cigarro a um espectador.&lt;br /&gt;(God save Bolivia , god save Trinidade, god save Francia , god save Nepal , god save Angola , god save..) ele pede ao publico participação , ignorando quando não gosta - talvez este seja um dos únicos erros da performance , por ignorar o que não gosta acaba por viver num mundo editado , ficando assim a par com as potencias contra qual ele esta a fazer esta performance.&lt;br /&gt;O publico vibra e ri, e emocionante e bonito. &lt;br /&gt;Depois deste discurso , ele convida as pessoas a escrever no corpo de Sifuentes mensagens para o futuro , convidada tambem o publico a descolonizar o corpo de Gabriela.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pessoas tiram, controladas pela enfermeira as bandeiras, pessoas escrevem com batom no corpo á pouco tempo "morto".&lt;br /&gt;Guillermo vai por entre as pessoas encorajando-as , a dar  Mão a Gabriela , massajar-lhe os pés. &lt;br /&gt;Decorar o corpo de Roberto com todos os props.&lt;br /&gt;É um momento de carinho, livre expressão e partilha.&lt;br /&gt;Passado um pouco , aquando de todas as bandeiras estarem retiradas , a performer vestida de muçulmana vem e limpa o corpo de Roberto uma vez mais , mas desta vez não o lava , só retira os objectos. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/1600/roberto.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6992/3194/320/roberto.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uma pessoa beija a testa de Gabriela , uma pessoa mostra compaixão a Roberto, os camaramen , filmam os corpos como paisagens , os mortos futuros , os porquês .&lt;br /&gt;Guillermo vai a cada um dos corpos , eles levantam-se , Roberto com um bocado de dificuldades , pois acreditem ou não ele estava mesmo magoado , não era só para a performance , uns dias antes ele magoou  um disco da coluna e estava sob fortes analgésicos para fazer a performance.&lt;br /&gt;Eles levanta-se e encontram-se , os 5 entre as duas plataformas , de costas para o ecrã , começam a andar em direcção ao pequeno palco , onde uma performer extra entra em cena , ela tem o lenço muçulmano na cabeça mas o tronco está nu, os mamilos com piercings , começa a gritar , NÃO SOMOS FANATICOS , NÃO SOMOS FANATICOS.&lt;br /&gt;Guillermo organiza a imagem final , deita a Gabriela como um feto aos pés da performer nova  põem Roberto de joelhos com as mãos no corpo de Gabriela. &lt;br /&gt;Aqui ele começa a pedir ajuda ao publico para a imagem final ,imagem final, um homem despe-se , Guillermo põem uma arma de brincar na mão dele , põe a cabeça de Roberto para cima. Dentro da boca de Roberto é posta uma flor branca e logo à frente a arma aponta. Ha grafiti escrito no corpo do homem nu, a dizer MAN, uma rapariga negra põem-se em soutien ao lado do homem branco e vira-se e baixa as calças , por trás da performer no palco vem outra rapariga que lhe segura no peito enquanto a primeira põem uma expressão de rezar e terror , uma outra rapariga senta-se a falar ao telemóvel , mais umas quantas pessoa fazem algo e a performance acaba assim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Foi um dos eventos artísticos mais expressivos e belos que alguma vez vi , não que eu concorde com tudo o que aquilo significa ou possa significar , não que eu por opção trabalhasse no mesmo estilo , neste caos que tem senso no meio de tudo.&lt;br /&gt;Isto é a expressão de pessoas que tem muito para dizer. É inspirado pela era pós 9-11 e nos problemas da colonização e descolonização , pela historia e em tempos contemporâneos , pela colonização moderna , guerras por interesses , poder económico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gostaria que pudessem ver, esta descrição fica monótona de ler , e não é coesiva .
